  • 1. I confirm that I am not a party to the Loan Agreement.
  • 2. I am voluntarily making payment towards the borrower's loan account with the borrower's full knowledge and consent, including OTP/payment authorisation shared by the borrower.
  • 3. The payment made by me shall be treated as valid repayment of the borrower's loan dues.
  • 4. I shall have no right, claim, or refund against AAPL in respect of such payment.
  • 5. The AAPL shall not be liable for any dispute between me and the borrower.
  • 6. This undertaking is given voluntarily and with full understanding.
